Collagen is a protein that forms connective tissue throughout your body from your bones to your skin. It pretty much is the GLUE that holds you together.

The reason its labeled as peptides is the product is 'hydrolyzed," which means it breaks down in your GI system into smaller parts and makes it much easier to be absorbed and used by your body.

As we age our bodies decline in production of collagen. Besides bone broth and organ beats, collagen supplementation would be an additional way to provide support.

Collagen's benefits include: improving joint health by keeping joints flexible, supporting bone density, and also great for skin.

It can be used in conjunction with additional protein powders.

This powder is great for those who do not tolerate dairy well.
