Ezekiel French Toast

2 slices Ezekiel bread

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons Almond Milk

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil


DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over a low to medium. Grease pan with the coconut oil.

  2. Scramble eggs, almond milk, cinnamon, and honey in a medium bowl. Transfer egg mixture in a pie dish.

  3. Soak Ezekiel bread in the egg mixture for 15 second on each

  4. Cook Ezekiel bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. Serve with a protein
