Your stomach doesn't have a closing time


MOST people...


... feel "guilty" for eating carbs at dinner Carbs in the evening will aid in quality sleep, support building muscle, and your body + brain needs them to perform. As long as you eat within your energy budget it doesn't matter if you ate carbs at 2am or carbs at 2pm are carbs.


... haven't eaten enough throughout the day If you've been snacking or eating "light" throughout the day then you bet your backside you are going to feel like your stomach is a bottomless pit. Meals > grazing throughout the day


... haven't had a good night of sleep Turn off your Netflix series and go to bed. Your sleep will influence your productivity throughout the day and influence your decisions of food choices for the next day. Many people find themselves having a hard time falling asleep and recognizing your nutrition habits throughout the day plays a substantial role


Lastly, having “food rules” and being overly restrictive can also trigger overconsumption
