You can't MANAGE what you don't TRACK

If most of your calories come from grazing throughout the day and drinking alcohol at night you can still be taking in TOO many calories for FAT LOSS to happen
The same is true if you RESTRICT during the week only to OVEREAT on the weekends. By the time the weekend rolls around you can’t take the deprivation any longer, so you justify you’ve earned the right to eat whatever you want
Or on the flip side. Dinner time rolls around and that hunger you didn’t feel all day finally kicks in and you realize your stomach is now a bottomless pit
I see this with new clients often. And when we begin tracking they are mind blown at how much food they need to eat mainly because they were eating like a bird and now have to eat well balanced meals
If this sounds like you, it’s time to get HONEST with yourself. You can’t manage what you don’t track and you can’t make a change without being AWARE. Spend a week or two tracking your food to see what you are really eating, or HIRE someone to help you figure out your blind spots
